White Sourdough

This signature white sourdough loaf is made with a blend of organic flours milled in the UK. The Pavilion loaf has a mild flavour, open crumb, and a delicious crust. The perfect everyday loaf.

Ingredients: organic white wheat flour (Shipton Mill, Gloucestershire), organic stoneground white wheat flour (Cann Mill, Dorset), sea salt, water.

 

Watermill Wholemeal Sourdough

The Watermill sourdough loaf is made with a high percentage of organic wholemeal flour, given it a subtle wheat flavour. The crumb is moist and soft, not as open as the Pavilion loaf, and has a pleasing mild sourness.
